My name is Motoki Izumi from Association Office Inc. We are a company that self-develops and sells cutting-edge generative AI products.
Currently, the way people search is rapidly shifting from traditional Google Search to "generative AI search" such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Genspark. The SEO market was predicted to reach 120,000,000,000 JPY by 2028. However, with the evolution of AI across LLMs, social media, and Google Maps (MEO), the market size is expected to expand to two or three times that projection.
While AI is evolving daily due to model competition among Big Tech companies, there is a massive gap where general users and businesses cannot keep up. This is because there are too many tools to choose from, or they lack "one-click," fully automated solutions due to the effort required for prompt engineering. To bridge this gap, we operate our business around three core product pillars that deliver value fully automatically and with a single click.
Our business consists of the following three solutions:
1. AI Blog Alchemist: Our already-launched customer acquisition product. It automatically generates blog posts of about 5,000 words daily, publishes them to the website, and automates indexing (registration on search engines). We already have about 400 to 500 connections across free and paid accounts, running a fully automated system to boost traffic.
2. AI One: An AI platform focused on streamlining business workflows.
3. AI e-Learning: Scheduled to launch next fiscal year. Antitipating the era of AI agents, this platform abandons traditional one-way learning via text or video. Instead, an AI agent learns all internal company knowledge and provides customized, one-on-one tutoring to users.
Our business model relies heavily on a B2B2C structure, outsourcing product sales to partner distributors. For distributors, we offer an extremely low-risk sales model: zero initial cost, zero running cost, no physical store required, and all technical customer support handled entirely by our headquarters. We issue unique coupon codes to distributors, and we pay commissions for sign-ups referred through those codes. We currently partner with about 100 distributors.
To accelerate development, we recently completed a crowdfunding round in May, securing approximately 62,000,000 JPY against our target of 4.8 million JPY. Developing generative AI products is highly capital-intensive, and we plan to raise additional funds to strengthen our development team and launch marketing campaigns utilizing influencers (such as YouTubers). We welcome anyone interested in business alliances, distributorship, or financial support to contact us.
Commentator (Mr. Toyama): Mr. Izumi, thank you very much for the inspiring presentation. I would like to ask about the first pillar, the customer acquisition product "AI Blog Alchemist." How does it automatically generate different content daily based on trending keywords for brick-and-mortar store owners?
Motoki Izumi: Thank you for your question. The mechanism works by first having our system automatically pull real-time trending keywords from X (formerly Twitter). From there, it automatically screens and selects keywords highly relevant to the user's business domain. Furthermore, it extracts top queries from Google Search Console and creates combined keywords. By mixing these with the business information and features previously registered in the prompt by the administrator, the AI generates completely different, high-quality articles of about 5,000 words every day.
Commentator (Mr. Toyama): I see. For example, is it possible to quickly detect local keywords—such as Chinatown or Motomachi in Yokohama—and apply them to blog post creation?
Motoki Izumi: Yes, absolutely. By setting local names and specific shop information as "knowledge" in the prompt, we can fine-tune and control the risk of generating incorrect information (like introducing competitor shops). Furthermore, our system is fully automated and integrated not just with blog generation but also with social media posting and Google Maps (MEO). Once a blog is generated, the Google Maps business profile is updated simultaneously, contributing greatly to improving local search (MEO) rankings.
Commentator (Mr. Toyama): Fully automated integration with local maps is incredibly powerful for busy shop owners. One more question: you recently achieved a highly successful crowdfunding campaign. Could you share your vision for the development team and the scale of the additional funding you plan to raise?
Motoki Izumi: Currently, our strength lies in development direction, and we execute detailed implementation quickly in partnership with trusted outsourcing vendors. Recently, with the rise of AI-assisted coding ("Vibe Coding"), engineers' productivity has increased tenfold or more. Therefore, we plan to hire excellent product managers internally to solidify our development structure. In addition, to target small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who have not yet mastered generative AI, we plan to run influencer marketing campaigns using YouTubers, who have low communication costs. We expect to raise an additional 100 million to 200 million JPY for these development and marketing efforts.
Commentator (Mr. Toyama): I see. Riding the technological wave while aligning customer acquisition and additional funding could lead to very interesting, rapid growth. I look forward to it.
Motoki Izumi: Thank you. We will refine our product at maximum speed and scale it up to stay ahead of the market.
