According to the research, when skills become overly complex, there is a risk that agents fail to select the appropriate tools at the right time, leading to erroneous reasoning or getting stuck in loops. Optimizing this "skill selection" has become one of the greatest challenges in current autonomous AI development.
To enhance agent reliability, an architecture is required where the AI itself can more accurately recognize not just the provision of skills, but also their scope of application and constraints.
