Broad Enterprise Co., Ltd. has announced its participation as a co-sponsor for the "Minpaku Ryokan & Real Estate Investment Fest 2026," scheduled to be held in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo, on October 31, 2026. As one of the industry's largest events targeting rental and hospitality property owners, the company aims to accelerate its service deployment through a booth exhibition and a keynote presentation by its executive officer.
At its booth, the company will introduce "BRO-ZERO," a financing scheme that enables minpaku (private lodging) startups and property revitalizations with zero initial implementation costs. By converting initial expenses into installment payments, this scheme minimizes out-of-pocket capital while providing comprehensive support ranging from interior renovation to the installation of furniture and home appliances. It also accommodates sublease projects and investments in ancillary facilities such as saunas, complementing investment needs that are often difficult to cover through conventional bank loans.
While inbound foreign tourism demand continues to expand, the operating environment surrounding the lodging and rental industries is constantly evolving. This festival brings together 22 lecturers and over 70 VIP guests from across Japan to share "insights for surviving through 2027." Through this event, Broad Enterprise aims to deepen networking with industry stakeholders while proposing management DX (Digital Transformation) and efficient asset management.
Shunsuke Kanesawa, Executive Officer, will speak at the festival's seminar, delivering a lecture on practical know-how for enhancing property value and fundraising. Furthermore, utilizing a hybrid format that combines a live venue experience with on-demand archiving at a later date, the company plans to deliver the latest information to owners nationwide, contributing to the further development of the industry.
