CockPit Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of a cumulative 400 million yen funding round through debt financing from several financial institutions. This financing follows a strong evaluation by lenders of the group's robust profitability across its referral recruitment and Sales HR divisions, as well as its proven capability to generate value through Post-Merger Integration (PMI). The group is projecting consolidated revenue of 2 billion yen for the current fiscal year, with a target of 2.5 billion yen for the following term.
Driven by the corporate purpose of "Enriching Mondays for 120 million people," CockPit Holdings is a human resources powerhouse operating three core business pillars: recruitment services, Sales HR support, and referral recruitment systems. Led by CEO Junki Namazue, the firm is known for its unique model of transitioning freelance talent into permanent roles and its expertise in systematizing referral hiring processes.
The newly secured capital will be deployed to accelerate growth through three key strategic initiatives:
1. Expansion of Sales HR Business "Sales Pit": Scaling the active workforce from the current 300 members to over 400 by next fiscal year. The company aims for an IPO of this standalone business unit within two years.
2. AI Product Development: Investing in technology to digitize and automate referral recruitment workflows, which have traditionally been highly dependent on manual human processes.
3. Proprietary Data Infrastructure: Building a unique data platform by structuring candidate insight data to create a high-barrier-to-entry competitive advantage.
Through these strategic investments, CockPit Holdings aims to reach an overall group enterprise value of 5 billion yen within the next few years.
