DJ Insight Inc. has announced that it has secured a 20 million yen loan from the Japan Finance Corporation. Combined with its previous equity financing of 30 million yen, the company has reached a total of 50 million yen in funding in less than a year since its establishment in November 2025.
Operating under the mission "Bringing human sensitivity to every decision," the company develops and provides "TsutaeAI," an AI solution that analyzes non-verbal information derived from video and audio. By quantifying changes in facial expressions, voice, gaze, and movement as data, the company aims to enhance communication in face-to-face domains such as customer service, business negotiations, education, training, and events. To date, the company has a proven track record of conducting over 1,000 analyses leveraging this technology.
Proceeds from this funding will be allocated toward the research, development, and business expansion of TsutaeAI. In addition to improving analysis technology, the company is committed to building services that allow users to easily understand results in the field and apply them to performance reviews. Starting primarily with the beauty and customer service sectors, the company plans to conduct ongoing verification for applications in training, education, and event fields, establishing delivery methods optimized for the challenges and operational needs of each frontline environment.
