As of August 2026, "Fact-it," operated by Common Future & Co., has grown into one of Japan's largest factoring comparison databases, featuring over 258 services across 229 companies. With monthly lead generation volume increasing nearly tenfold, the platform has cemented its position as a vital bridge between businesses in need of financing and factoring service providers.
Fact-it has announced a unique, proprietary referral service designed to eliminate the "price war fatigue" often associated with traditional bulk quotation systems. Under this new model, each lead is limited to the first three companies to open it. This restricted environment allows participating firms to focus on high-conversion negotiations with minimal competition, while the performance-based billing structure—charging only when a lead is opened—ensures a low-risk engagement for providers.
This shift also offers significant benefits to business users. By moving away from the conventional bulk-quoting process, users can avoid the barrage of unsolicited sales calls from numerous companies. Instead, they can calmly and efficiently compare proposals from a maximum of three providers, leading to a more streamlined and manageable financing process.
With the Japanese factoring market reaching an estimated 10 trillion yen and demand for fully online, remote transactions surging, Fact-it is well-positioned for growth. In conjunction with the launch of this new service, the company began accepting applications for lead partners on August 3, 2026. To maintain lead quality and an optimal competitive environment, the initial rollout is strictly limited to five partners.
