Selection for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Fundraising Support Project

FUNDINNO Inc. has been officially selected as a certified Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) operator for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s (TMG) Fiscal Year 2026 "Fundraising Support Project Utilizing Crowdfunding (Purchase/Donation and Equity Types)." This initiative is designed to bolster funding for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Tokyo, actively encouraging them to pursue innovative business ventures.

Expanded Support Scope and Subsidy Details

In a notable expansion of this year’s program, "Stock Acquisition Rights" (warrants) have been added as a subsidy-eligible fundraising method, alongside traditional common stock. This allows eligible startups to receive subsidies covering a portion of the commission fees associated with using ECF platforms.

Under the current framework, businesses can receive a subsidy of 1/2 of their fees (up to ¥7.5 million). For special categories—specifically businesses involved in "HTT/Zero Emissions" (energy conservation, generation, and storage) or "Digital Transformation (DX) Promotion"—the subsidy increases to 2/3 of fees, with a ceiling of ¥10 million.

Strengthening the Startup Ecosystem

As a platform that provides individual investors with access to the unlisted stock market, FUNDINNO is committed to supplying the risk capital essential for the growth of next-generation industries. Through this selection by the TMG, the company will enhance its support for Tokyo-based startups that have been in operation for less than 10 years, enabling them to achieve more flexible and strategic financing.

Upcoming Seminar and Event Information

To coincide with this selection, FUNDINNO will be speaking at the "Equity-based Crowdfunding Seminar" hosted by Ginza Second Life Co., Ltd. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 14:00 JST and will be held online. The seminar will provide a comprehensive guide on how to utilize these subsidies and explain the mechanics of ECF for companies considering future capital raises.
