Innovation Research Institute, Inc. has announced a renewed push to recruit professionals for "NewAce," its talent matching service specialized in new business development. The platform connects companies with experienced professionals capable of handling hands-on tasks in new ventures, such as customer validation, prototype development, and initial sales.
Rather than seeking a "one-size-fits-all" generalist to handle everything, the company is looking for individuals who have hands-on experience executing specific phases of business promotion. Recruitment focuses on five core areas: business plan execution, customer research and marketing, technology and product development, initial sales and customer acquisition, and organization/talent development. Participants can join as side-hustlers or freelancers, as well as through side-job or dual-employment arrangements that comply with their primary employer's regulations.
Integration with "TeamPro"—a service provided by Innovation Research Institute where expert teams take on hands-on operations—is also being offered. NewAce already boasts a registered network of over 100 professionals and a track record of more than 100 active project engagements. Kohei Nagao, Representative Director and CEO, emphasized the critical importance of channeling practical experience cultivated in corporate and technical environments into new business projects.
In addition to accelerating this recruitment drive, the announcement highlights that NewAce can also serve as a venue for entrepreneurs to secure funding and find partners to advance their own projects.
