LYKKE Inc. has launched "Jigyo Shorui no Madoguchi" (Business Document Portal), an online service designed to support SMEs and small business owners in generating business documents using AI. The service aims to streamline essential document creation tasks required for business operations, including loan applications, business startups, internal regulations, and subsidy application preparations.
The service primarily offers two core features: "Business Document Creation" and the "Subsidy Key Point Organization Report."
A key characteristic of this service is its "honest design that prevents AI from fabricating information." Rather than having the AI arbitrarily fill in gaps with generated text when materials are insufficient, it flags those areas with "(Confirmation Required)" and presents them to the user. Furthermore, the service emphasizes an objective structure grounded in financial figures (such as sales, operating profit, and labor costs) rather than relying on descriptive adjectives or subjective impressions.
By the end of 2026, the company plans to introduce a new menu option where administrative scriveners (Gyoseishoshi) take on the document creation process. This will establish a framework where experts review and revise the AI-generated drafts, delivering officially signed and sealed documents. Operating in strict compliance with Article 19 of the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Act, the service clearly delineates the roles between AI and licensed professionals.
