MOT Inc. has completed a third-party allotment of shares with DBJ Capital Co., Ltd. as the lead investor, alongside Shochiku Ventures Inc.—the CVC arm of Shochiku Co., Ltd.—operating through the "Shochiku Ventures Investment Limited Partnership No. 1." This funding aims to further expand the company's creator support systems and educational initiatives.

"Kakikomi" provides a platform where aspiring creators can learn directly from active professional manga artists and editors. The newly raised capital will be allocated primarily toward the following initiatives:
Moving forward, MOT plans to leverage the DBJ Group's network to collaborate with companies and local governments across Japan.
