Naruto University of Education, a National University Corporation, has announced that it will hold the online event "Naruto University of Education Giving Campaign 2026" to financially support extracurricular activities run by student organizations. The event is scheduled to run from October 16 to October 25, 2026.

Event Mechanism and Support Methods

The event will take place online via a dedicated website. Supporters can participate by using a smartphone or PC to select an organization they wish to support and cast a "support vote" (free of charge). Additionally, donations starting from 1,000 yen can be made, and student organizations will receive operating funds from partner companies based on the number of support votes they accumulate.

Background of the Giving Campaign

The Giving Campaign is a form of crowdfunding designed to help students across the country showcase their activities to society and build broader public empathy. Launched in 2021, the initiative lowers the barrier to contribution, creating a system where anyone can easily back student endeavors, and has been adopted by universities nationwide. Naruto University of Education has participated in the event since fiscal 2023, making this its fourth consecutive year hosting it.
