Nekkyo Inc. has successfully raised approximately ¥200 million in funding upon its establishment in June 2026. The capital round consists of a third-party allocation of shares underwritten by the Yoyogi Animation Group, alongside a loan facility provided by Mizuho Bank.
Founded with the mission to "scientifically analyze entertainment through data," Nekkyo Inc. provides specialized AX (Entertainment Transformation) solutions for the industry. Historically, the entertainment sector has suffered from fragmented user experiences due to siloed systems and data. By integrating planning, development, operations, and data analysis into a unified team, Nekkyo aims to accelerate decision-making while ensuring that the integrity and vision of intellectual property (IP) remain preserved throughout the service lifecycle.
The company's flagship "AX Platform" serves as an integrated infrastructure that links all fan touchpoints—including fan clubs, e-commerce, ticketing, and social media—under a single common ID. By moving away from operational strategies that rely heavily on subjective intuition and qualitative assessments, the platform enables entertainment businesses to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce operational costs through objective, data-driven insights.
The newly raised capital will be allocated toward the infrastructure development of the AX Platform and the refinement of the company's data analysis models. Looking ahead, Nekkyo plans to launch its platform within the content assets of the Yoyogi Animation Group, followed by a broader rollout to major entertainment firms and IP holders across the industry.
