Operating under the mission to "AI-enable all business communications," the company deploys advanced generative AI telephony technology that operates reliably even in challenging acoustic environments, such as high-noise backgrounds. The service is currently being adopted by enterprise companies across a wide range of industries, including automotive, finance, human resources, and IT.
At MOTA, automating appraisal reservation confirmation calls successfully reduced the same-day cancellation rate from approximately 15% to 5.7%, preventing about 750,000 yen (approx. $5,600 USD) in potential revenue loss daily. Additionally, at Raccoon Financial, the payment promise acquisition rate for debt collection operations improved by 3 to 4 times, significantly contributing to operational efficiency.
