Since its establishment in 2012, ProAttend has operated under the mission of "shining a spotlight on the expertise of professionals," focusing on a talent community centered around certified public accountants (CPAs). As of September 30, 2026, 131 professionals are registered on the platform, many of whom hail from Big Four financial advisory services (FAS) and major auditing firms. The company supports corporate M&A, PMI (post-merger integration), and business turnaround by forming active project teams and introducing specialized talent.
