As the government accelerates efforts to increase the number of investors through initiatives such as the "Angel Tax System," attention toward angel investing is growing. However, the ground-level reality—specifically, how investors and founders meet and what criteria drive investment decisions—remains largely opaque from the outside. This session aims to enhance transparency within the startup ecosystem by bringing together three key perspectives: the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), which designs the policies; the investors who deploy capital; and the founders who raise it.
