Resilire, Inc., the company behind the supply chain risk management cloud platform "Resilire," has secured a total of 1.73 billion yen in the first close of its Series B funding round. The financing consists of a third-party allotment of shares led by DNX Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Sumitomo Corporation Equity Asia (Sumisho Venture Partners), alongside debt financing from financial institutions. This brings the company's total cumulative funding to approximately 3.03 billion yen. An additional close for the Series B round is scheduled for this coming autumn.
Operating under the vision of "Connecting global supply chain information to make manufacturing sustainable," Resilire provides a robust supply chain risk management platform. A key strength of the company's service is its data infrastructure, which visualizes not only direct suppliers but also tier-2, tier-3, and subsequent upstream suppliers, facilities, and product data. Currently adopted by Japan's leading manufacturing sectors—including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and automotive—the platform is utilized to assess impacts and guide procurement decisions during natural disasters and geopolitical events.
With this new capital, Resilire will accelerate the establishment of a trusted data foundation and the creation of AI-driven value. The company's AI technology will predict how macroeconomic changes impact supply chains, supporting executive decision-making in procurement strategy and supply network architecture. Building on its proven track record in the domestic market, Resilire aims to launch full-scale global expansion, evolving into a premier decision-making platform that supports manufacturing worldwide.
