Synflux Inc. has announced its selection for the fifth cohort of "SusHi Tech Global," a flagship startup acceleration program spearheaded by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The initiative provides strategic scaling support and operational reinforcement to high-potential startups leveraging innovative technologies to solve pressing societal challenges.
Driven by its mission of "Fashion for the Planet," Synflux develops "Algorithmic Couture," a vertical AI platform tailored specifically for the textile and fashion industry. By merging artificial intelligence with 3D design simulation, the proprietary technology automates and optimizes garment pattern-making for maximum material efficiency.
Implementing Algorithmic Couture enables apparel makers to cut fabric waste—a long-standing byproduct of traditional garment manufacturing—by up to a third. Widely praised across domestic and international award circuits as an impactful solution for reducing the fashion sector's environmental footprint, the system has already been integrated into the production workflows of multiple commercial brands.
Capitalizing on its inclusion in the SusHi Tech Global program, Synflux plans to strengthen strategic partnerships with apparel brands and supply chain enterprises across Europe and Asia. Furthermore, the company aims to expand its global footprint by building an operational and governance model aligned with emerging international standards in sustainable finance disclosure.
