UnlimiTech Inc. has raised approximately 180 million yen in a seed round through a third-party allotment of shares, completed in July 2026. The funding was backed by Genesia Ventures, Inc., SMBC Edge Inc., and Delta X Investment Limited Partnership No. 1. The newly raised capital will be allocated to accelerate the development of its flagship product, "DataFlow AI," and to strengthen its engineering and business organizations.
Established in March 2025, UnlimiTech provides the AI workflow platform "DataFlow AI" to address the critical challenges of labor shortages and the aging of skilled technicians—key issues surrounding "technology succession" in Japan's manufacturing sector. The company aims to build the "OS for Manufacturing" to pass down expertise to the next generation by converting tacit knowledge from manufacturing floors into explicit knowledge, thereby enabling cross-departmental business automation and visualization.
With this capital injection, UnlimiTech will accelerate investment in the following areas:
1. Strengthening Product Development: Enhancing features such as operational record databases, "context" functionalities that formalize the decision-making criteria of veteran workers, and deeper integration with production management systems.
2. Reinforcing Recruitment and Organizational Structure: Hiring development engineers as well as business-side talent, including customer success and sales professionals, to bolster support systems for adopting companies.
Moving forward, centered on its "OS for Manufacturing," the company plans to scale its framework globally to ensure the competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing is successfully passed on to the next generation.
