- Event participation history, viewing history

3. Provision to Third Parties

Note that the profiles and business information of speakers will be published on the website due to the nature of this Service.
4. Special Matters Regarding AI Interviews
In the AI interview system:
- Response content will be processed by AI for the purpose of article creation.
- The generated articles will be published after confirmation and approval from the speakers.
- Speakers can request modifications or deletions within 24 to 48 hours before publication.
- Raw data of responses will not be stored after the article is published. Only the published article content will be retained.
5. Special Matters Regarding Startup Advisor
In Startup Advisor (AI business analysis function):
- URLs and business information entered by users will be used for analysis processing by AI.
- Input data will be used as AI learning data for the purpose of improving services and enhancing functions.
- Analysis results are provided as reference information and do not guarantee investment or business decisions.
6. Matters Regarding Messaging Between Users
- The administration will not view or confirm the content of messages.
- However, for messages containing aggressive or highly illegal expressions, keyword-based alert extraction will be performed. In this case, the context or detailed content will not be viewed.
7. Matters Regarding Public Profiles
- User profile information (name, company name, category, business details, etc.) will be publicly available on the internet by default.
- Public profiles can be viewed by anyone through a unique URL (/profile/).
- Users are responsible for managing the accuracy of their registered information.
8. Data Storage and Management
- Personal information will be stored in Supabase (a secure cloud database).
- Communications will be encrypted using SSL/TLS.
- Access rights will be limited to personnel necessary for business operations.
- Technical and organizational measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access.
8.1 Data Handling Upon Account Deletion
If a user requests account deletion, after the request date,a retention period of 30 dayswill be followed by complete deletion of all data, including personal information, messages, and posts.
8.2 Draft Data
Draft data from various forms will be automatically deleted after1 weekhas passed since creation.
9. Use of Cookies
This Service uses cookies for the following purposes.
