Patients with adverse drug reactions and intractable or rare diseases are dispersed across the country, and traditional methods of accumulating medical information that rely on specific medical institutions cannot quickly obtain sufficient samples, making research progress extremely difficult. Therefore, we collaborate with patient groups to build and operate a platform that collects medical records and samples from patients nationwide. We provide integrated data of accumulated and analyzed clinical information and genomic information to research institutions and pharmaceutical companies to accelerate drug discovery and establish a system to return results to patients.
