Mirai Project Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 with the corporate concept of "Creating a new future through the power of 'nursing care' x 'beauty'." It is a human resources consulting company that supports the creation of a future that brings fulfillment and happiness to all people involved - 'those who want to be', 'those who work', and 'those who receive' - through the fusion of 'nursing care' and 'beauty'. The business is centered around three pillars: 'human resource introduction and dispatch business', 'education business', and 'home beauty business', creating a system where each of the three businesses generates synergy with the others. Utilizing the know-how cultivated in the beauty, nursing care, and education industries, we opened a specialized school focused on nursing care and beauty, called the "Nursing Care Beauty Research Institute", in April 2018, supporting graduates in finding employment and career changes through the human resource introduction business "B&C Career Park". Additionally, we plan to start the home beauty business "Care Sweet" in 2019, expanding our services to deliver beauty to the elderly nationwide, primarily focusing on sales support and marketing support for home beauty.
