Our user base varies from salarymen, sole proprietors, to large corporations. Users can freely utilize locations across the country at low prices tailored to their usage style. Additionally, by using a members-only website, it is possible to complete everything online, including information exchange among members, receiving and placing orders, facility reservations, and payments, allowing for efficient business expansion without unnecessary intermediaries, even from remote locations or as individuals.
Our revenue structure is completely different from typical rental offices, not based on a real estate rental style of charging per seat or room, but focusing on revenue from membership facility usage fees, as well as B2B data services, advertising costs, and business matching, leveraging an overwhelming number of members.
Furthermore, by utilizing horizontal connections unique to rural areas, we enable sharing of locations with partner stores like sharing cafes, allowing us to accommodate a member count far exceeding the number of seats in our facilities.
Moreover, the effect of the shared office, where many people gather daily, revitalizes the surrounding area, creating a bustling environment, which has increased demand for stores from various commercial facilities and revitalization projects at train stations.
Additionally, we are actively promoting joint ventures with other industries that benefit from gathering people, planning to expand complex stores such as book sales, furniture distribution, and cafes. We aim to establish a new work style that allows freedom to work anywhere, contributing to the development of rural areas by expanding stores in core locations across all prefectures.
