Article 1 (Application)

These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as 'these terms') set forth the conditions for using VENTURE PITCH ONLINE (hereinafter referred to as 'this service') provided by Axe Ventures LLC (hereinafter referred to as 'the company'). Users are required to use this service in accordance with these terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows.

• ‘This service’refers to the website 'VENTURE PITCH ONLINE' (https://venture-pitch-online.com) operated by the company and all related services.
• ‘User’refers to all individuals or entities that use this service.
• ‘Presenter’refers to individuals or entities that make presentations at pitch events.
• ‘Participant’refers to individuals or entities that view or participate in pitch events.
• ‘Content’refers to text, images, videos, and other information posted on this service.
• ‘Activity Feed’refers to a timeline feature that allows users to post and share updates on startup activities.
• ‘Voice’refers to a feature that allows users to post and share short messages (up to 200 characters).
• ‘Public Profile’refers to the state in which a user's profile information is viewable on the internet through a unique URL (/profile/).
• ‘Startup Advisor’refers to a feature that provides analysis and advice regarding the user's business using AI.

Article 3 (User Registration)

Some features of this service can be used by completing user registration. When registering, users must provide truthful and accurate information.

1. If there is any false information in the registration details, the company may cancel the user registration.
2. Users must promptly update their registration details if there are any changes.
3. Account management is the responsibility of the user.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, etc., of the company, other users, or third parties
• Acts that place excessive load on the servers or networks of this service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to do so
• Harassment or nuisance acts towards other users
• Acts of providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the company's services
• Acts of registering or posting false information
• Spam acts in Activity Feed, Voice, and messages, indiscriminate posting or sending for commercial purposes
• Mass automated requests to AI functions (such as Startup Advisor), misuse
• Acts of obtaining or collecting data or content on this service using automated programs such as scraping or crawlers without the company's prior written permission
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the company

Article 5 (Participation in Events and Presentations)

1. Participation as a presenter in pitch events will be determined after the company's review.
2. Presenters are obligated to accurately present information regarding their business.
3. Statements and presentation content during the event are the responsibility of the presenter.
4. The company reserves the right to record, distribute, and reuse the content of the event.
5. Participants are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding any unpublished information obtained about presenters during the event.

Article 6 (Handling of Content)

1. Copyright for content posted by users on this service belongs to the users.
2. Users grant the company a non-exclusive right to use the posted content for the operation and promotion of this service.
3. Articles generated by the AI interview system will be published after confirmation and approval by the presenter. Raw data from responses will not be saved after the article is published.
4. Content posted to Activity Feed and Voice will be managed at the responsibility of the poster.
5. Draft data from various forms will be automatically deleted one week after creation.

Article 7 (Startup Advisor)

1. URLs and business information entered into Startup Advisor will be used for analysis processing by AI and as AI training data for service improvement and feature enhancement.
2. Analysis results are provided as reference information and do not guarantee investment or business decisions.
3. The company is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the analysis results.

Article 8 (Public Profile)

1. User profile information (name, company name, category, business details, etc.) will be publicly available on the internet by default.
2. Public profiles can be viewed by anyone through a unique URL (/profile/).
3. The accuracy of registration information is the responsibility of the user.

Article 9 (Account Deletion)

1. Users can request account deletion at any time.
2. After a 30-day retention period from the deletion request, all data, including personal information, messages, and posts, will be completely deleted.
3. Data recovery after deletion is not possible.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The company does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that this service is free from defects, either factual or legal.
2. The company is not responsible for any transactions or disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties.
3. Investment and business decisions made during the event are the responsibility of each individual.

Article 11 (Changes and Termination of Service Content)

The company may change the content of this service or discontinue its provision without prior notice and will not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

The company may change these terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. The revised terms will take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute related to this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
