CADDi's Vision and Business Expansion

Operating under the vision to "accelerate physical innovation by 10x," CADDi develops and provides "CADDi," a manufacturing AI data platform that analyzes, structures, and contextualizes data scattered across the manufacturing value chain using artificial intelligence. The company currently operates in four countries—Japan, the United States, Vietnam, and Thailand—and its solutions are utilized in 22 countries worldwide, including by over half of the discrete manufacturing companies listed on the Nikkei 225 index.

Purpose of Funding and Future Outlook

The newly raised capital will be primarily invested in the following four areas:

1. Development of proprietary AI and core technologies

2. Expansion of the manufacturing AI data platform CADDi

3. Scaling of global operations, with a primary focus on North America

4. Talent acquisition and development

In particular, the company plans to fully accelerate the rollout of the next-generation "CADDi" manufacturing AI data platform—announced in August 2026—in the United States, which is the world's second-largest manufacturing market.
