Funding Overview

Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd. announced on August 24, 2026, the completion of a ¥493,651,860 (approx. $3.4 million) capital injection. The funding was secured through a third-party allotment of new shares and the 16th series of stock acquisition rights issued to Blackwell Cloud Co., Limited. Should all warrants be exercised in the future, the total funding scale is projected to reach approximately ¥1.48 billion.

Strategic Expansion in AI Infrastructure

Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE Standard), Quantum Solutions is positioning itself as a primary player in AI infrastructure (AIDC), digital assets, and next-generation technology sectors. Amidst the surging global demand for computational resources driven by the rise of generative AI, the company is prioritizing the development of a robust AIDC business foundation within the Japanese market.

Driving Next-Gen NVIDIA B300 GPU Computing

The primary objective of this capital raise is to facilitate the launch of high-performance GPU computing services featuring NVIDIA B300 GPU servers. Specifically, the company plans to use the funds as advance payments to secure manufacturing slots and the supply chain for 32 GPU server units. Furthermore, upon the exercise of the stock acquisition rights, Quantum Solutions intends to invest in data center interior construction, facility upgrades, network equipment deployment, and the establishment of comprehensive operational frameworks to roll out its services in phases.

Optimizing Capital Policy and Financial Health

In tandem with this fundraising effort, Quantum Solutions is streamlining its existing capital structure through strategic refinancing. By acquiring and canceling the 13th series of stock acquisition rights previously held by CVI Investments, Inc., and refinancing through the 6th series of unsecured convertible bonds, the company aims to minimize potential share dilution and establish a more stable financial foundation for long-term growth.
