When registering or logging in with a Google account, we obtain the following information from Google.
- Name registered with the Google account
- Email address
- Profile picture
1.3 Information Automatically Collected During Service Use
- IP address, browser information, device information
- Access logs, browsing history
- Data from cookies and similar technologies
- Event participation history, viewing history
- Follow relationship data
- Comments and support data during live broadcasts
2. Purpose of Use
The collected personal information will be used for the following purposes.
- Provision, operation, and improvement of this service
- Management and operation of pitch events
- Distribution of event information and newsletters to users
- Creation and publication of articles using the AI interview system
- Provision of community features through Activity Feed and Voice
- Provision of messaging features between users
- Display of public profiles
- Business analysis and use as AI training data by Startup Advisor
- Response to inquiries
- Creation and analysis of statistical data (in a form that does not identify individuals)
- Reporting to sponsors and partners
- Detection of fraudulent or violative acts (keyword-based alert extraction)
- Prevention of misuse and ensuring security
3. Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
- When there is user consent
- When required by law
- When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property
- Provision to business contractors (under appropriate management systems)
- Provision of participant data to sponsors and business partners (to the extent necessary for service operation)
Note that the profiles and business information of speakers will be published on the website due to the nature of this service.
4. Special Matters Regarding AI Interviews
In the AI interview system:
- Responses will be processed by AI for the purpose of article creation
- The generated articles will be published after confirmation and approval by the speakers
- Speakers can request modifications or deletions during the confirmation period of 24 to 48 hours before publication
- The raw data of responses will not be stored after the article is published. Only the published article content will be retained
5. Special Matters Regarding Startup Advisor
In Startup Advisor (AI business analysis feature):
- The URLs and business information entered by users will be used for AI analysis processing
- Input data will be used as AI training data for service improvement and feature enhancement
- The analysis results are provided as reference information and do not guarantee investment or business decisions
6. Matters Regarding User-to-User Messaging
- The administration will not view or confirm the content of messages
- However, for messages containing aggressive or highly illegal expressions, keyword-based alert extraction will be conducted. In this case, the context or detailed content will not be viewed
7. Matters Regarding Public Profiles
- User profile information (name, company name, category, business details, etc.) will be publicly available on the internet by default
- Public profiles can be viewed by anyone through a unique URL (/profile/)
- The accuracy of registered information will be managed under the user's own responsibility
8. Data Storage and Management
- Personal information will be stored in Supabase (a secure cloud database)
- Communications will be encrypted using SSL/TLS
- Access rights will be limited to necessary personnel for business purposes
- Technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access are implemented
8.1 Data Handling Upon Account Deletion
If a user requests account deletion, all data, including personal information, messages, and posts, will be completely deleted after a 30-day retention period from the request date.
8.2 Draft Data
Draft data from various forms will be automatically deleted after 1 week from creation.
9. Use of Cookies
This service uses cookies for the following purposes.
- Maintaining login status
- Session sharing across domains (to maintain authentication status between functions such as event, profile, feed, etc.)
- Access analysis (Google Analytics)
- Bot prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Users can restrict the acceptance of cookies through their browser settings, but some features may be limited.
10. User Rights
Users have the following rights.
- Right of Access: The right to confirm the contents of their personal information
- Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of incorrect personal information
- Right to Deletion: The right to request deletion of personal information
- Right to Opt-Out: The right to stop receiving newsletters and other communications
