Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of VENTURE PITCH ONLINE (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Axe Ventures LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

Article 3 (User Registration)

Some features of the Service become available upon user registration. When registering, users must provide truthful and accurate information.

  1. If there is any false information in the registration details, the Company may cancel the user registration.
  2. Users must promptly update their registration details if there are any changes.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their accounts.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Article 5 (Participation in Events and Presentations)

  1. Participation in pitch events as a presenter will be determined after the Company's review.
  2. Presenters are obligated to accurately present information regarding their business.
  3. Statements and presentation content during the event are the responsibility of the presenters themselves.
  4. The Company reserves the right to record, distribute, and reuse the content of the event.
  5. Participants are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding any unpublished information obtained about presenters during the event.

Article 6 (Handling of Content)

  1. The copyright of content posted by users on the Service belongs to the users.
  2. Users grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use the posted content for the operation and promotion of the Service.
  3. Articles generated by the AI interview system will be published after obtaining confirmation and approval from the presenters. Raw data of responses will not be stored after the article is published.
  4. Content posted to Activity Feed and Voice will be managed at the responsibility of the poster.
  5. Draft data from various forms will be automatically deleted one week after creation.

Article 7 (Startup Advisor)

  1. The URLs and business information entered into the Startup Advisor will be used for analysis processing by AI and as AI training data for service improvement and feature enhancement.
  2. Analysis results are provided as reference information and do not guarantee investment or business decisions.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any judgments or actions taken based on the analysis results.

Article 8 (Public Profile)

  1. User profile information (name, company name, category, business details, etc.) will be publicly available on the internet by default.
  2. Public profiles can be viewed by anyone through a unique URL (/profile/).
  3. Users are responsible for managing the accuracy of their registration information.

Article 9 (Account Deletion)

  1. Users can request account deletion at any time.
  2. After a 30-day retention period from the deletion request, all data, including personal information, messages, and posts, will be completely deleted.
  3. Data recovery after deletion is not possible.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that the Service is free from defects, either factual or legal.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any transactions or disputes arising between users or between users and third parties.
  3. Investment and business decisions made during events are the responsibility of each individual.

Article 11 (Changes and Termination of Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms will take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
